Also for SUV drivers, (im driving a Blazer)do you recomend facing the sub tward the celling laying down, or tward the back standing up? Thanks. |

You dont need that much port area for a 3.5cuft net box. Try this: 34"wide x15"tall x 21.75" deep (3.79cuft net) Port opening: 13.5"x4.5" (60.75sq inches)....31" long port (it will make an L in the back of the box.) Sub up, port back on drivers side. |

Gold Member Username: BernymacCambodian Post Number: 2004 Registered: Sep-04 | you got help from one of the best guys here on a box design.....I don't think anyone else can offer a better box than he can. Like he said, he's built a few box's for blazers. I mean just look under his name. the guy is the man. Anyways, sub up and port back is exactly what it means, subs facing up, port facing to the rear... |
