Wednesday, January 31, 2007 - 23:05 GMT rotozips don't suck unless your using one with a dull blade. they can cut a lot more precise unless your not good at working your tool.. lmao

Wednesday, January 31, 2007 - 23:50 GMT router makes a cleaner circle specially if u make a jig, like tie a 6" piece of string to a nail in the mdf and then to the router. makes a perfect 12" cutout. make sure you account for length between the blade and wherever the string is tied

Wednesday, January 31, 2007 - 23:50 GMT do you use a router on all your boxes phil? if you use a jigsaw then i'll give you mad props on making the circles perfect.

Wednesday, January 31, 2007 - 23:57 GMT Chad, The only time I use a router for sub enclosure's is for recessed/flushing mounting or with my template jigs. Most of the time, I just swing the cutout diameter with tremel points, drill a start hole for the jigsaw blade and cut on the line.
