Sunday, January 28, 2007 - 03:22 GMT alright im picking up a zx1000.1 and ill be running that with a zx350.4, ive got a 1991 chevy pickup w/ a 5.7 v8, i think its like a 115 amp alt. not too sure. anyways, would I need to upgrade the alt? or would a big 3 upgrade work better? ive currently got an optima yellowtop under the hood thanks, steven

Sunday, January 28, 2007 - 03:24 GMT you should be o.k. with your stock alt. if it is 115a and do the big 3, but the ho alt. would never hurt.

Sunday, January 28, 2007 - 03:31 GMT thats gonna be close because all kicker amps are underrated also. I would deff do the big 3 like Mike said and see from there. If you have dimming then you know what you have to do.
