HELP!!!! I get audio but no video with my VM9511TS tuner

Title says it all..and it confuses the hell out of me. I've got the antenna mounted on my rear window, and when i search through the channels I can get audio on some channels but not a single flicker of video, just a solid black screen.

Can anyone lead me to the solution for this?
