Ok I want to upgrade my 8 gauge ground wire to 4 gauge. I have the knukoncepts 4 gauge wire but it says power wire. Is it only used for the power wire or is all the same stuff and can be used for power or ground?
Just make sure you connect wires in correct places. Color basically helps make things clear to the installer so they don't confuse wires but YES, "wire is wire" as long as you don't have a 4 guage power and a 8 guage ground. Both have to be same size but color does not matter. Just my 2 cents.
