Wednesday, January 17, 2007 - 20:39 GMT I have 2 15'' Q's and just bought an epicenter. I will be putting it in today, but I am wondering how should I adjust it? There are 2 knobs on the actual epicenter one "sweep" and one "Wide"

Wednesday, January 17, 2007 - 20:46 GMT sweep......i like to keep it little bit below half way. wide......put it little bit more than little bit below half way. too much wide and it doesn't sound clean. thats how i do it. for your ears it might be different so play around with it. also make sure you have full range going into the epicenter.

Wednesday, January 17, 2007 - 20:57 GMT wide definately less than half way. sweep can be around half way or a little less. the frequency entering the epicenter should be full and not crossed over. epicenter goes before any crossover.

Thursday, January 18, 2007 - 06:30 GMT go to the subwoofer part on the hu setting. then disable it. if it doesn't have a disable function, then set the low pass to the highest frequency there is. you wan the epicenter to be able to read the upper frequencies.
