Take the red wire and plug to + terminal of subwoofer. Take the Black(or clear) wire and plug to - terminal of sub. Do that for both sides of the sub. Now, From there, if we want to move further, I would have no choice but to ask you how many subs(<-|-|- Plural) you have ? Next, I would need to know what kind of amp(s) you have.
