A sharp blade is alot less likly to kick back on you...i dam near took a hand off using a dull blade bout a year ago. tew) dont cut the $h^t out of yourself threave) Use woodglue on ALL joints, caulk the inside...some say use liquid nails but i have found that over time it gets kinda flaky. fo) if using a skil-saw instead of a table saw, make sure you build yourself a gate to keep your cuts staight. fo-n-a-haf) have a buddy help...it will go alot faster and save alot of trouble holding stuff in place. bout 5) make sure you draw up a cut-sheet before you start...it will save you alot of time on rethinking cuts. |
