NEED HELP with CIVIC SE InDash CD/MP3 players

does anybody have a way to reset the 6 disc cd/mp3 changer that comes on 2005 honda civic Special Edition. I recently attained this unit and the CD player isn't working. I can't load any discs. there aren't any discs stuck in the unit.
