Silver Member Username: OglejustRE SX, USA, Il Post Number: 680 Registered: Aug-06 | ok.. the lower the ohm load the more power from the amp... like a single 4 ohm sub is 4 ohms... a dual 2 ohm sub u have to wire according to the amp.. that can b wired in parallel to 1 ohm or series to 4 ohm... hope that helped |

Post Number: 8631 Registered: Dec-04 | www.bcae1.com read up on it. not all amps put out more power at 1 ohm then at 4 ohms. ohms are measured in resistence. There are regulated and unregulated power supplies that effect how the different impedence(ohm)loads effect the output of the amp. |
