Silver Member Username: The_image_dynamicSan Diego Post Number: 103 Registered: Dec-06 | I have CS and it adds a bunch of great new features and an improved GUI...it rocks, but if you are just starting out, 7 will be fine. Just keep in mind that any PS is not easy to master, there is a very steep learning curve. Depending on how advanced the things you want to do are -- it involves getting the basics from a tutorial like the one I posted below and then spending time messing with it until you can wrap your brain around what's going on and what everything can do. It takes months man, trust me. I teach corporate dumbf!cks how to use this and Excel, PowerPoint etc. and it is the most frustrating thing I have ever done. The only way to truly learn these type of complex programs is to put the hours in. How good you get depends on how much time you are willing to put in and how quick you are at picking up new concepts. Last month I was teaching a VP of a very large local company that will go un-named, and the dude was a total f!cktard, and the whole time I was wondering how this d-bag got a million dollar+ gig. http://www.arraich.com/ps_intro.htm |
