Capacitor Adjusting Knob

New member Username: Chief_brodyCerritos, CA USA Post Number: 3 Registered: Jan-07 | Can any of you fine folks tell me exactly what this tiny adjusting knob on top of a Tsunami 2 farad capacitor is for? It figures, the instruction manual doesn't even mention it. When I turn it, the voltage on the display rises. Does it actually increase the volt surge? Thank you very much and keep up the outstanding work. |

Gold Member Username: Van_manBoston South, MA Post Number: 1605 Registered: Mar-06 | Its a voltage adjuster for the display. Find the real voltage of the wire and adjust the cap to reflect. If the voltage is 13.6, adjust the caps display to 13.6 |
