Orion 1200D vs. Hifonics TX1505

I'm kinda in favor of the Hifonics right now, 1 because it has a bass know and 2 because it of the wattage. I've heard that Hifonics amps are overrated as far as the wattage, but my charging system should allow me to get the RMS watts. Whatcha think?

I mean, that's honestly not a bad deal! I only paid 197.50 shipped off of ebay! So in all I'll be paying almost 350 for the Memphis! I don't think that's too shabby. Plus the rep told me they won't even repair it, just rip out the guts and put new in. So it'll be like paying 350 for a new amp! Whatcha think?

Plus I'm going to be getting a new HU. The new line of Pioneers will be coming out, so I'll try to get the 790, this one will have the bluetooth feature!
