Im getting an Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 and the RMS is 350W, 1400W peak. I hear the Rockford Fosgate Punch's are really good but I they only make a 300W amp. Their Power series makes a 350W amp which would be perfect for the sub, but I've never heard anyone talk about them. Should I go for the RF Power 350s?

RF isn't a bad amp. They supply pretty 'clean' power. I had the punch 250 for a while and was happy with it. The only complaint I could have made was with the RMS power. It tended to get bogged down when there was a long, constant, deep bass(which you rarely hear)
My personal favorite as far as amps go however, is the Kicker series, and if you are getting an Infinity Kappa series woofer the kicker amps would be supreme, maybe overkill. I lean to these for their lack of heating problems, espically when dealing with RMS power.
