Tuesday, December 26, 2006 - 16:57 GMT matt smith if you dont know the real answer maybe you shouldnt say anything, because you make yourslef look dumb. the epicenter reads the higher frequencies and then drops them down an octave so they will play on the sub. this adds bass to songs with little or no bass and cleans it up. it is in no way a bass boost

Wednesday, December 27, 2006 - 03:57 GMT my friend had one and all it did was boost the bass cuz he had a cheap amp. and if you buy a good amp it will be clean.
