Sunday, December 24, 2006 - 04:02 GMT well that amp is only 2 ohm stable. Are the subs single coil 4? If so you probly fried the power supply running it down to 1 ohm.

Sunday, December 24, 2006 - 09:01 GMT the subs are duel voice coil. i had them hooked up by a wire coming from the amp to one sub and another wire running from that sub to the other. would that cause the amp to blow and is there any way to fix it or should i just buy another one or buy a different amp(suggestion)?

Sunday, December 24, 2006 - 09:08 GMT regardless if the amp is still good or not, u should get a diff amp IMO. i made the mistake of gettin a kenwood...turned around 2 months and spent 350 on a diff amp...nice lil $550 lesson.
