Large square ports...

Ive alwayz wondered how tha hell you guyz make those big azz square ports....wouldnt that tune ur box like at 50hz or sumthin?? Plez help.

do u mean slot ports or vents?....like rectangular - they work just the same as the cylindrical ports - only they have more port area. You make up for the largeness of the opening by making the port longer - it makes sense..
