Good 6.5 marine speakers

I would like to get my bro some marine speakers for my bro for christmas (if you knew my bro you would know why) anyway i want good quality my budget is around $50-$60 any suggestions?

I'd say Polks too....those db tweets will be cleaner and louder than the rest of those. Those are actually very nice little domes IMO, and out on a boat you need highs that can cut through the wind.

without a budget, what would be the best...JL? i have an 06 moomba mobius lsv and im thinkin of replacing the tower speakers...i want to run components but i think the only way possible would be with something like a cdt braxial setup. obviously thats not waterproof though...any suggestions?
