Newbi, Amp Selection?

Looking to add a 4 ch amp to my system in a 2004 Tahoe. Here is also what I've done so far.. H.U.: Pioneer DEH-P3800MP, Ipod in the Aux input Frnt/Rr speakers: Infinity Reference 6012SI 6.5" Deading Fr/Rr Drs:SecondSkin "Damplifier" 40sq.ft Looking for an amp in the range of $100-$150. What does any one think of Lanzar MXA412. I see it at Millionbuy.com for $95. What are some other recomendations. Also should I plan for a sub and amp later. Not really looking to set any spl records hear. Just looking for a really good family radio while i drive the kid back and forth to practices. Let me know... Look forward to any ideas. Thanks Dean
