drivingreckless (8:26:20 PM): heres wut my problem is
drivingreckless (8:26:27 PM): i hooked up my 9515
drivingreckless (8:26:30 PM): at 1.4 ohm load
drivingreckless (8:26:38 PM): to an orion 2500d
drivingreckless (8:26:46 PM): it is stable at ohm

drivingreckless (8:27:00 PM): .7 + .7
drivingreckless (8:27:10 PM): its 1 ohm stable
drivingreckless (8:27:13 PM): now
Getripped84 (8:17:07 PM): It should be fine then
drivingreckless (8:27:21 PM): it played for about 5 mins
drivingreckless (8:27:27 PM): as i drove down the road
drivingreckless (8:27:31 PM): it stopped
drivingreckless (8:27:42 PM): and the subwoofer just made tinny popping soundsdrivingreckless (8:27:43 PM): like
drivingreckless (8:27:47 PM): pop pop pop
drivingreckless (8:27:48 PM): okay
drivingreckless (8:28:00 PM): but wen i disconnected the RCAs from the ano
drivingreckless (8:28:01 PM): amp*
drivingreckless (8:28:07 PM): it still made a poping noise
drivingreckless (8:28:15 PM): and it wasnt getting a signal
drivingreckless (8:28:22 PM): ne help?

ur wires were still connected too the amp though (speaker wires) sounds like u need to check your ground or power wire...it also seems like ur amp is still on im guessing so its not a fuse.. check your ground first see if its getting a really good connect then disconnect power and reconnect... see if that works if not...then we got a prob some wiring friction

and it cant be the rcas cause u un hooked them sounds to me like grounding isnt profficeint.. or check your ohm load make sure its correct

ohm load is correct...ground is bolted paint chipped and everything BARE metal....
it did play then stopped so idk

static whatever u wanna call it :-) my homie had a problem with that too its usually cheap rcas, just check your ground connection and reset ur amp by taking power out and putting back in also check ur wiring see if the ohm load is correct other than that it could be a bad wiring static for some reason from hu could be r.e.m

and those are fine...then check ur rem from the hu if it has a good connection cause that could cause static but other than that im stumped :-(

check your coils of the sub use a aa batteri and wire like an amp for each coil if it make a tinny noise your coil is fine check both maybe u got one blown coil, then check the internals of your amp u may have a blow mosfet or cap.
