Hey all, trying (and without much luck) to find a list/diagram for a Dodge Ram 1500 so I can install a Python 1600XL remote start. The most important wire I can't find is the neutral safey switch wire. If anyone can help it would be much appriciated.

nuetral sftey switch just ties in from the alarm to the toggle switch then tie the other end into ground. it alows you to turn the remote start unit on or off so it is safer if you are working on you vehichle

Thanks for the info, worked good. Next problem is getting the lock/unlock to work. All that is happening is the locks "bounce" up when you try to unlock. Anyone have some suggestions please?

When I try to unlock the doors via the remote the locks will "pop" up then go back down. It's a 2004 Ram 1500 SLT. Thanks again.

Don't know if it makes any difference but the truck has the remote for locking and unlocking.

Well, I have the DEI 451m, but I don't know what to hook it into. I have looked through the factory manual and I think I am more confused than I was before.... Frustrating I know the system is the one wire lock type, but I can't figure out how to use the 451m on that setup. The switch only has 1 wire out of it. Anyone know how to do this?
