i just made a custom box for my corvette and i have 2 10s and 6 6x9s in it and for soem reason the box rattels like a mofo and when i relizied it was the box i bolted more screws into it and it hepled a little but still the ratteling come around when i have it on high and it has lost of its boom since i put it in my box i mean the subs work fine. oh by the way i have 2 10s and they are power acoustik 500 watt going to a pyrmid 1000 watt amp what should i do to make this work and sound better

If you have your 6x9s and the sub in the same air space, that may not be your box rattling. It may be the 6x9s. Also thy using rubber not foam whethershtripping where the sub meets the car. Baring that, rebuild.
