Friday, December 01, 2006 - 04:05 GMT Supposed to be great subs, I would love to get my hands on one...Bob Perillo uses them. In fact, there are a bunch of DVC .7ohm TSNS 15's for sale over on the DBdrag marketplace. They are the subs Bob ran...the were reconed. I think they are selling for ~$400 each.

Friday, December 01, 2006 - 04:12 GMT if i have $400 to spend on a sub...i would look at that a DD9515 or a BTL. If that $400 is shipped price...i would grab it in a sec. I even thought about selling my dd9515 to try out one of those TSNS's.

Friday, December 01, 2006 - 04:15 GMT A new loaded BTL18 is $500...if you have the space for an 18", i would go w/ the BTL18. 4000w would be rediculous. 18" > 15"

Friday, December 01, 2006 - 04:26 GMT I would give a BTL18 ~7.5-8cuft net daily w/ 110-125sq inches of port. A BTL18 and a 40.1 would be nice. I'm not 100% sure, but i thing DD is starting to make 18" recone kits and baskets for 9500's. You can get a 9500E of F motor for ~$200-250. 15" DD recone kits are ~$150 shipped...I bout my DD9515d w/ a blown coil and reconed it awhile back.
