Email Post Number: 1829 Registered: Nov-05 | use the subwoofer out RCA .. turn your h/u to 3/4 volume.. select a note 8-10hz higher than your boxes tuning frequency and get your DMM ready. now take the RMS power you are running and multiply it by the OHM load it is at. now once you get that answer take the square root of your answer.. that is the voltage you are looking for. put the DMM on the output for your subs and turn it to 200AC or similar .. play the tone and turn the gain higher or lower until you match the voltage you caculated.. assuming you do not know box rise i'd set the gain a tad higher in voltage due to the imp rise |
