weve taken that car completly apart enough times that it aint nothing to put it back together. first time we took it apart was during the motor swap cause we replaced the entire wiring harness for the new motor. dash comes out in 15 minutes tops now.

are you an installer Mr Kebo? If so, how much sound deadener do you think I would need to do a suv, primarily a 99 yukon. Hope you don't mind me asking.

nah, im not an installer im just a a car audio lover lol. Best way i figured is to measure the area you wanna cover to figure the sq footage and just add about 50 extra to whatever you figure. you can always use extra in those loud spots. this car has 4 layers on the wheel wales. 4 layers on the inside of the door panels, 2 laters on the outside. floor pans have 4 layers firewall has 4 layers. transmission hump has 3 layers. as long as i didnt have to worry about a panel goin back there i loaded it down lol. i want this car quite as possible ya know. after we are doing laying this we have 5 gallons of black v4 on its way to us next week.

thats a lot of layers. So from your point of view bc I know you have the 350z, did you put your audio system back in and test the difference yet? Or you still don't have your system bc of no box? just wondering, maybe I should ask chad this question since he used edead and such. But anyways, thanks for the info. I'm more concerned about my 6 doors, damn suv's, cargo area, and the roof is pretty sturdy so I dunno. But thanks for a heads up I appreciate it =).

Im still saving for all of my system that will be installed all at once. Im working on the small stuff now like the eDEAD and running my 4runs of 0ga from the front batt to the rear where my 2 other batts will be. Im about to order my HC1800 for my cranking this week sometime. With my income tax my 15" BTL will be coomming along with the alt i need. Will still need 2 HC2400 batts and 1 T40001BD amp and 1 T5002 amp for the mids and highs. Gonna run that 40001bd at 2ohms for 3kwrms daily bumping

sounds good. I need to do exactly the same thing as you. edead comes first, then run the same amount of wires as you, and then start installing everything. Nice work, can't wait to see your setup.

nah but i think i keep them in buisness lol, For most of my friends that want a decent system i usually get them the 9.1 amp for subs and the 9.2 or 9.4 for mids and highs. I really like there amps, never had any problems out of them, theve always been helpfull to me.

haha you think the same way I do. I don't like to spend money on things I won't be able to use or benefit from. So I either save one check for atleast a week or spend it right away so I can regret not having money but atleast I know I have something and another check will come in the following week.

Got to admit that I have never deadened the whole car:-(
Man that must me a lot of work to tear it all out and to put it all back in.
BTW, how much weight did it add to you car? Must be pretty heavy?
Anyway, great job, I'll have to try that some time:-)
