You can buy them anywhere and they're pretty good subs for the money... I personally have never ran the type R's but my buddy has 1 12" in his Acura and it hits pretty damn hard for only having a 300 watt amp. L7's arent very well made subs, at least not the 06' models... They do get hella loud but their build quality will leave you in the dumps. IMO
