My plans for a new box.
Looking to get a Spl and a SQ set up in one box, well kinda.
It will be two ported chambers sealed off from each other. One will house a Kicker 12 L7, the other a JL 12W6. With the instalation of a single toggle switch, I will be able to either bump the Kicker or the JL. Any one have any thoughts on this?

i really don't see much of a problem...but u might want to double up the middle face between the box to prevent any resonating noises that might possibly occur.
also double the front face to prevent flex.
also dont put the toggle switch on the POS terminal of the subs cause thats lotsa current coming across. just switch em out when ya want.

Lol, Currents the same no matter which leg you use. And switches are ALWAYS on the Hot side.
except in some cases. (I have a 100 amp solonoid wired into my sub amp ground ((4 awg))to ensure absolulte isolation when the car is off.) Solonoid in turn is controlled by a rocker switch off a relay.
Anyway, now to design the box.....Open to suggestions, (hint) Marshall or others
Thanks,
Working room is like 30x18x20ish May just seal the JL if it helps the L7 breath better.
