Bronze Member Username: CoreylPost Number: 11 Registered: Oct-06 | i have an amp with specs listed as # Continuous Power (14.4V): 50Wx4 (4 ohm), 60Wx4 (2 ohm), 120Wx2 (4 ohm) # Max Power (14.4V): 100Wx4 (4 ohm), 240Wx2 (4 ohm) My component speakers are rated as 70rms and 350peak. I won't get enough power to my speakers at 4ohms and too much power at 2ohms. What should I do? |

Well anyway, I would go ahead and try to run that component set with the amp as a 2 channel, you can always keep the gain a bit down so too much power should not be an issue. The speakers will be fine as long as you don't clip the amp. |
