i was just wondering what, in your opinion, are the best 5 SQ subs(assuming that all subs are in the best possible enclosure) :-)


my friend is looking into SQ i mean really good SQ, and wanted to start w/about 5 choices...so i said id ask on here...


no budget he said hes got plenty and if needed is patient enough to wait and save...he wants to do it right the first time

I have one of the best for sale right now if he is interested. jl 12w6v2, some other are SI mag, ID max, boston G5,aura, focal

yeah pure SQ...maybe some that will get decently loud...wants to keep his options open


i told him i was going to need a budget and he said dont worry about it...and i told him i doubt he wanted to drop 5 grand on a system right now...but he didnt give me one...so oh well...

let the recs come:-)

if he has no budget, then a SI MAG.

BUT check this out, for the money of the SI MAG, you can get 2 W6, great SQ subs.
