I am looking at buying a 2001 Acura Integra and I want a good syatem to put in it. I am pretty set on AA but I want to know how you guys think 3-4 10" arsenals in the teg would sound and compare to 2 15" arsenals in a Cherokee? Might sound like a stupid question but the surface area on 4 10's is just a little less than 2 15's and but the car is a lot smaller and is a hatch. Or should I just keep one 15 and put it in there? Also would 4 10" assassins sound good and get loud?
If there are any other reccomendations within 400-600 range I'll be open.
i believe that a Mag would be louder than an arsenal, but the price factor comes into play and the Arsenals could double in numbers to rival that of the Mag...SQ...i dunno.
i agree with ctmike...if you want more SPL...get a Havoc...be original.
Agreed with Both^ the havoc gets very very loud while retaining nice SQ. honestly I would grab it for SPL(fun) if it could be run in a sealed enclosure. I just dont have the room for such a large ported box.
I've had a '97 Integra (hatch). I guarantee you that if you put a 15" in there and power it properly you will p:ss your pants from the loudness. Try a couple of good 10's, it will be plenty. That hatch is a b:tch to dynamat, but it can be done
I just want something that sounds great but gets loud in the car. I also want the lows to hit. I can't stand hearing a sub bottom out.... As of now it will be a little while till I get a new car but one is coming. Just gives me more time to decide...
