When 2 amplifiers have the same board, does it necessarily mean they put out the same power. cause i have been looking around on ROE and there is quite a few amps that have the same boards. and they claim pretty close to the same power ratings if not the same. just curious.

ok so if build quality is so poor in some lines like say for example a power acoustik amp that claims 800@2ohms and it only cost 150 bucks as apposed to say a kicker amp that does 600+ watts @2 ohms and cost 200 bucks, couldnt you just like open up the amp and resolder or solder over everything and it be stronger than before and last longer??????

Trevor, that's like a KIA and a Honda. They might reach the same top speed, but their engines aren't the same. I'd pick a VTEC all the way lol!

But seriously, you compare the board to notice if they put a good amount of watts, por example, a Resonant engineering 12.1 has the same board of an audiopipe amp. The quality is not the same, although the output is equal or similar.

A lanzar optidrive 4000d has the same board of soundstream XXX6500, everyone hates the lanzar, but they all love the XXX6500D. Ask here if you want lol! hehehe
