Hey guys, I was in the same boat last year, was going to order 2 12's with a Hifonics amp, Its been a year and I need a little brush up on the best bang for the buck to power them. Are the L7's still the top of the line bass sub? BTW the 12's are going into a 1993 300zx Convertible. Any help/ info would be greatly appreciated.
everyone hates those subs. I like them, probally because i have them, but i def enjoy them. Try getting the KX12001.1 if u can wire those subs down to 1 0hm, the amp is a little underrated it actually puts out 1458 RMS at 1 ohm.
Cavs, i really don't like the quality on those subs, but loudness is great. If i were you matt, i'd look new CVX, they have more SQL, they're decent subs, and for the money they're cheap/good.
