I have the MTX roadthunder 202 amp. Its 2 channels and is 2-ohm stereo stable. i am currently running 2 4 ohm kenwood 7x10s but i want to add a pair of speakers for the front. I asked a guy at my local audio shop and he told me that he was running his MTX 202 amp like mine at 2 ohms and he fried it. Do u think i would b able to run 4 4-ohm speakers on this amp at 2-ohms or do i listen to the guy at the audio shop and get a 4-channel amp?

it would be better to get a 4 channel, but yeah you can wire them to create a 2 ohm load per channel and will work. I had my comps like that.
