who hates on audioque? we have only heard one bad review. For all we know that review could have been from Corky himself. I would love for you to answer Escalade's questions:-)

Ok

The Amplifier is Swiss Audio (unknown)

2 Yellow top stinger batteries

Port sloted box homebuilt to DJs specs 4.25 cubic foot tuned at 36 hertz. This is just one side of the box which is designed for two subs. I only have one sub at the moment

when it come to sq i'm still trying to tune it perfectly (if any one has suggestions on how to tune please comment)

another thing i have noticed about these subs is they have a lot of physical impact in your vehicle
besides just loud boom in your ear.

Ill have more real soon

question: when it comes to tuning (36 hz) does that directly relate to the low pass filter or is there alot more involved?

I've been involved with car audio for along time but im still somewhat of a noob.

does your swiss amp have a subsonic filter? if so it should be set to 35hz. The 36hz has nothing to do with the LPF but it is where you need to have a frequency cutoff set(subsonic filter). Without this set properly you risk damaging your subs by playing notes below that of tuning and damaging your sub.

Set your filter ar 30HZ. Youw will not hurt your HD315.

I am pretty sure it was to Vic. Most people like to know what else he has had or heard to compare a sub to. I could come on here saying that boss 12's are amazing if thats all I have ever heard.
