The problem is, i dont know the difference between "Single 4 OHM" and "Dual 4 OHM." i dont know which one would be better for what i want. I dont know what a voice coil is, so if anyone can help, that would be frickin awesome. |
Gold Member Username: SouthernrebelMonroe, Louisiana USA Post Number: 3516 Registered: Mar-04 | the only real difference in single and dual voice coils is how you can wire them. if you have a single 4ohm speaker...you can only wire to 4ohm if you have a dual 4ohm speaker...you can wire to either 2 or 8ohm. which is better for you depends on the amp you have. Ex...you have an amp that does 500wrms at 2ohm...get a dual 4ohm sub rated for 500wrms. |
