There aren't too many online companies dealing with Ford sizes. Look for Boston, Kenwood Excelon, JL...can't think of any more since 5x7 is an odd size. |

New member Username: QuentroPost Number: 1 Registered: Nov-06 | hi im new here! just curious if someone can help me. i recently got a set of almost brand new 6x9" Pioneer speakers from a friend. i also got a Calibra 2 channel 400watt amp from him. we connected the 2 6x9s on the amp and oh what a hell a performance! it really had amazing bass! but now suddenly the bass level is almost gone. my radio equalizer is at full bass. the only reason i can think of is that the past weekend we had a fine, drizzling rainy day, while i was working on my speaker box. the boot was open and the speaker did get exposed to some moisture, but it was only VERY finy drops, almost like spray. but i didnt wipe it off. is it possible that the water eventually collected somewhere in the speaker and did some damage? |
