Friday, October 13, 2006 - 15:22 GMT Which system do you think would be better? 6 Kicker CVR 12s sealed on an Orion HCCA-5000 OR 4 DD 1012s portedon the DD M2 amp? I am trying to decide what to put in my Grand Cherokee. What is your opinion?

Friday, October 13, 2006 - 15:34 GMT i'd go with DD although 6 subs is louder. I'd stick to 4, or maybe two DD from the 3000 series

Friday, October 13, 2006 - 17:53 GMT yeah people say cvrs sound bad sealed. plus DDs alot better quality. if you look at installs on the DD fourm alot of people have the 1000 series in a wall with like 4-8 of them so that would be a good choice

Saturday, October 14, 2006 - 04:47 GMT mat dope.. I've had 4 CVRs sealed at 1.5cu/ft per chamber and they sounded excellent. To be fair, I've never heard any DD subs before, but I did like the CVR, nice budget subs.
