I am looking to replace the rear deck speakers with a pair 6"x9" Kenwood KFC-6950S: http://www.cardomain.com/item/KENKFC6950S And i am looking at replace the front door speakers with a pair of 4"x6" Clarion Phaze 1 SRC4617: http://www.cardomain.com/item/CLASRC4617?vq_id=none any advice, or comments on these products, or would you recommend some other product. note: extremely tight budget. also, plan on adding a 100 x 2 watt rms amp to the 6"x9" kenwoods later on. |

So your major problem is the oval speakers, they are wrong by concept. Instead of getting 6x9's and 4x6's you should look at 6's and 4's instead. Please let us know your budget, we'll be able to help you better. |

My budget is somewhere around $100 dollars, which will hopefully get me 2 front door speakers, 2 rear deck speakers, and a pair of bass blockers. I am now looking at a pair of 4" JBL speakers for the front doors: http://www.cardomain.com/item/JBLGTO426 or possibly some 4" Clarion Phaze 1's: http://www.cardomain.com/item/CLASRR1016?vq_id=none I am leaning towards the JBL's, especially at that price... As for the rear deck, I am still undecided. Maybe some Clarion Phaze 1: 6 1/2"s :http://www.cardomain.com/item/CLASRR1616?vq_id=none or maybe a pair of 6 1/2" infinity reference's: http://www.cardomain.com/item/INFREF6012SI?vq_id=none or possible some 6x9's not sure. thanks for all the advice so far. |
