Thursday, October 05, 2006 - 22:08 GMT you are going to cook that 3500 with 3000wRMS and only a 200a alt.... they don't rec more than 2000wRMS for daily, and 2500wRMS for the people who know what they are doing. lol

Thursday, October 05, 2006 - 22:17 GMT i find it odd that he recommended 3000wRMS...when they say no more than 2k for daily driving at the DD forum, when everyone overe their is either a Dealer or SPL Competitor.....

Friday, October 06, 2006 - 04:19 GMT 9100 is the SQ sub....costs more than the 9500 series....with more concern with accuracy and detail than SPL and power... 15" 9500 - ~$650-700 15" 9100 - ~$750-825

Saturday, October 07, 2006 - 13:20 GMT 40hz does not offer as flat of a response curve as 32 does....when you are talking from 80hz to about 20hz.....the flattest response is a sealed enclosure, but to get the flattest you can out of a ported box, the closer you tune to to 20hz. the flatter it will be. but that 3512 won't have an problems playing 6-8hz below box tuning so you should be fine...they desing them that way

Saturday, October 07, 2006 - 16:53 GMT yeah i would be careful putting 3000rms on a 3500 series. i talked to this guy who burped his with 4k and hit like 149.5 i think and it was a 12 so thats not bad. maybe you should go with a btl i think they are rated for 2500rms
