I have two kicker cvr 12's. I just got an MA Audio 1000 watt 2 channel stereo amp. I've realized my problem, and that is that I have one two ohm sub and one four ohm sub. lol. im just wondering.. should i..

a. sell the 2 ohm sub, buy another 4 ohm sub and run this amp

or

b. sell the amp, buy a 1000 watt mono block?

i think that with the load the subs are putting out now, another 4 ohm would just deaden the sound even worse...? i think that would be 250 watts to each? im not sure. any help here would be appreciated. thanks.

dual voice coil or single?
SCV parallel will work out to 1.33 ohm, if your amp is 1 ohm stable you wont see full power, but then again its MA... :P
DVC... well.. you can parallel them to a .667 ohm load... NOT RECOMMENDED for most amps though... im not entirely sure what kinda of series/parallel combinations you can come up with, with those 2 subs...
honestly, i would sell the 4 ohm sub and get a 2ohm sub [if SVC, if DVC, sell 2 ohm buy 4ohm] and itll make your life a whole lot easier...

hope this helps !
