Soundstream piccasso 2000d whats better for same price

i can get this amp brand new for 4000 i will be getting it for 2 15" l7's is there an amp thats better for those subs for same price or cheaper thanks :-)

hard to say... only autotek MM 2000d, but the soundstream is good BTW

you WILL be happy with ss, i ran one at .5 ohms for like 3 weeks and it only got a bit warm, i wouldnt reccomend doing that tho

i got a ROUSH ford focus zx3 i already build my box got my subs. and was prolly going to go with the soundstream, but when you guys say upgrade electric is it just the alternator, do i even need to, and is it hard to do it yourself thanks :-)

well, a ford focus yes youll have to get an alt for 2000rms, and really its just an alt and all bigger wiring coming off of it

you dont need batterys unless your gonna burp with the car off, it doesnt seem like you'll be doing comps so i wouldnnt worry about that

usually the hardest part about changing alts is getting the belt back on
if its a Roush its pretty new prob wont be too hard, just need a little bit of mechanical skill

i would still rec putting @ least 1 more batt/dry cell ,remember in addition 2 2000wrms im guessing he will have @ least 300wrms more 4 mids/highs .....
