Alright, as lots of you know, I have a broken SSX, a DD 9515, an eD NINe.1, and a regular cab truck. FUN.
Now, It's going to be an absolute B!TCH to get the SSX behind my seat, and i will only be able to do SEALED... I've done some searching for 2500+ watt amps[at 1 ohm, subs are dual 2] and cant find anything that really appeals to me...
Should I just go with a lesser sub, with a good quality amp, and also replace head unit?[NEED a head unit, truck came with f*ckin sony] Locally, I'm thinking i can get ~$500 for each sub[after treo fixed] and maybe $400 for the NINe.1... thats $1400 total, but it should cost around $400 to get the ssx fixed... leaves me with $1000 cash.
what can i do with $1000? keep power down[1200watts and under-ish], low mounting depth, able to be put into sealed enclosure...
70%SPL / 30%SQ No electrical upgraded yet, willing to do big 3, battery.
