Silver Member Username: Th3pwn3rChicago, Illinois U.S.A Post Number: 271 Registered: Jul-06 | SPL means sound pressure level.SQL means Sound quality level and SQ means just sound quality.SPL subs will get really loud but you won't have good quality so it's not the best for playing your music on,it's more for competitions.SQL is what you want if you plan on having a great sounding setup and it can still get loud,it won't be as loud as a SPL setup but it will surely sound better.SQ would be a system designed just for great sound only without getting loud at all. |

Maybe if you want to go cheap and good buy some FI audio subs, cheap, good /great SQL sub and they go for less than 400$ each, i think around 350$. DD way is always good and secure, they are great SQL subs, expensive but they do worth the money. Seriously i'm not a jl fan, cuz of their prices but their products are good. I'm just a budget guy hehe.. |
