I posted a thread asking about hoe hard/easy would it be to change the the fan in this amp, well its pretty damn easy. Does anyone have a direct link to a good fan to replace this stock one? Here are the pics. 56K killer

Only 14 mosfets :\ .. weeeeak

you can throw any 12volt computer fan in there that will fit on the mounting brackets.. take it out and match it up at a computer shop/store... keep your old one because you'll probably need to use the power connector and splice it into the new fan's power wires :-)

Good luck!

Yup, I just needed a cheap 800WRMS amp. I think the fan size is 60x60x10mm, I still dont know the power pin connecter though.

It'd probably be the easiest way.. rather than sit for hours on end trying to find one on the net :-)

I'd just splice it, seeing as the wires are color coded, it should be a breeze...

Good luck!

Because Audiobahn is for looks not performance. How much did you give for that amp. After you fix that fan something else will go wrong.

Joey, not always true. I've tested that amp and so far, after 2 years, still running great.
I didn't need to replace my fan.
Not bad for the price.
