Saturday, September 23, 2006 - 03:23 GMT Memphis MOJO 15" 1000RMS or Treo SSX15" 2500RMS I'm thinking of trading my SSX15" for a MOJO15" the only reason I'm thinking of doing this is bacause a good 2500RMS amp are expensive and a 1000RMS are not. I should of thought of this before but I was excited to get that SSX15"

Saturday, September 23, 2006 - 05:41 GMT 6 cubic foot is a bit large for a 15" .. especially if your over powering the sub.. can you say bottoming out? I own a Memphis 15" LVS.. nothing compared to my RE SX 15".. but I've heard both Mojos and Treos and I've gotta stick to Treo.

Saturday, September 23, 2006 - 07:20 GMT I have never heard the SSX but dont question the build quality of memphis b/c they do make good products. They are not SQ oriented whatsoever but they do get VERY loud which is what they are made to do.

Saturday, September 23, 2006 - 21:05 GMT joey.... even a 2000w rms amp can bump that sub nicely... a soundstream pca 2000d can do that or if you want more output for the money get the pca 3500d.

Monday, September 25, 2006 - 03:01 GMT What VC configuration you choosing? I can get you a new Planet Audio for under six that should do 2k without a lightening strike. After that, the prices go up steaply. Closest would be the memphis Mojo amp. Personally? I buy the amp first. Then buy subs to match the load. If a sub doesnt sound as well as id like, or hit as hard as i would like, i build an enclosure to make it do so.
