Gold Member Username: Alias747MN Post Number: 1360 Registered: Apr-05 | I am guessing that the "(2 X 1600 WATTS)" is a MAX rating lol, of course it is. And GENERALY (not always) the max rating is double the RMS. So if they are lying to you honestly (haha) the subs should be 800 wrms a peice. However, those subs do not look like they can take anywhere near that much real wattage. I am guessing you didn't pay all that much for those. So slap a Audiobahn A8000T or A8002T on them (depending on the voice coil config.) and be happy! http://cgi.ebay.com/Audiobahn-A8000T-mono-ch-amplifier-WARRANTY-NEW_W0QQitemZ130 030004674QQihZ003QQcategoryZ64571QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-AUDIOBAHN-A8002T-800-WATT-2-CH-CAR-AMPLIFIER-BASS_W0QQit emZ130028399870QQihZ003QQcategoryZ48597QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem |
