Can a moderately experienced person install a security system with remote start. Im am thinking of buying a moderately priced system with all the necesities but nothing extravagent. I would like to know if this is doable. i hate paying labor fees. also any security recomendations would be appreciated.
Most places offer free install with the price of the alarm. Ultimate Electronics does, so does Best Buy and Circuit City.
If you can get the alarm EXTREMELY cheap, I'd take a shot at it if you know what you're doing. Make sure you get the wiring diagram for your car and for the alarm and make sure it's from a well-known source
