Gold Member Username: Cenus4, 2 0 Post Number: 2262 Registered: Jan-05 | well after talking to chad at AA i've decided to go with an 8inch sub, he said the 6.5 would have a sharp drop-off in output below 40hz, so i would lose low-end, so i was looking at the assassin, rl-i, tangband, comp/cvr, type e, w0, so what does every1 else think. and he also said that a bigger box would help so sometime when i have nothing better to do i will make a bigger box, probally around 1cf before dislacement tuned to 35hz. |

Gold Member Username: Cenus4, 2 0 Post Number: 2269 Registered: Jan-05 | ya the tangband looks nice and is pretty cheap, the rl-i looks like it would be a beast, but i've read on other forums of ppl giving them 500wrms, and ive only got 75-100wrms to work with. |
