US AMPS AX-3000DE...anyone have experience with this amp?..what will it actually put out @1 ohm(rated 3000wrms)?...would this amp work better than an Orion 2500D with an HD3?
also does anyone know the price tag on one of them?
definatly, no dought. i had 2 vlx 400 you know the 6 foot monsters from back in the day and they ran my strockers all day, then when the 2000x's came out those were bad as* to. orion i had three diferent xtr1200 and they all blew and at only 4 ohms to. never get orion- garbage. usamps you cant go wrong, I personally like memphis amps like the mojo's
I managed Sound Waves for three years and that was the number one amp that we had to send out to get repaired. had something to do with the dual power, ground connections. ultimatly we dropped them because of the high turn over rate. USAmps are solid and most of the time under rated, definatly a great amp.
you can actually mod that amp to do 4000wrms. that is an awesome amp. (refering to the us amp here)
i just got an orion amp and hopefully i don't run into the problems you did rick. although i do know a few people who have abused the orion and it is still ticking.
