It has superior sound quality and extensive features! It isn't one or the other! There really is no other head unit like the touchscreen DXZ945MP, it was the highest model Clarion made (with only the 9255 beating it, yet the 9255 didn't have mp3 playback or any of the other necessary goodies). Excellent build quality. I mostly used the auxiliary input, so the face was not used often nor the CD mech to play discs. 300 shipped via USPS priority mail. This thing beats almost all the Pioneer head units, the Eclipse head units, and all of the Alpine head units (minus the F#1's) without question. I normally wouldn't make such a bold claim, but I know it's true, I've tried them all-I've owned more than 120 head units in the past three years (40 simultaneously at one point haha).
